Zzzahara joins me on Roadcase this week on the heels of their latest album, Tender, to talk to me about their current path of self-improvement. But it has not been an easy journey that brought them to this point.  Zzzahara and I talk not only about the self-reflection, awareness and confidence needed to reach a level of vulnerability, but also the hard work (and a strong meditation practice) it takes to become the best person you can be.
