After my cancer diagnosis I decided to turn part of my focus towards healing music. But then I ran into a conundrum. I realized I didn’t have enough time to do both exercise and healing mixes. Trying to focus on doing both consistently was not working. So I decided to combine the two therapies into one. Running To The Beat is evolving into more than just great running mixes. Running to the Beat is “Healing Beat by Beat”. As I’ve been learning to deal with my cancer diagnosis I’ve also discovered new sound therapies that I have found extremely beneficial and I will be sharing them with you. With the use of binaural beats, solfeggio and isochronic tones, chakra scales, and frequencies I’ve been creating mixes all sorts of mixes that will help kill cancer cells, improve you confidence, help you focus, drive motivation, repair liver damage, improve your mindset, release anxiety, and so much more. There are so many frequencies to play with and I am excited to be sharing them with you.
