"He lifted the knife and carved an upside-down cross into the unconscious man’s forehead. The man’s eyes then flipped open and he started to scream."
A quote from the first of today's initial two tales. The first story involves something that sounds like an urban legend but really happened - a group of traveling carnival workers sacrifice at least one soul to Satan. Our second story is an urban legend: the Japanese legend of Teke Teke. The story of a young girl horribly disfigured who comes after those who hear her sad tale. Will she come for you in three days? Will you answer her questions correctly? And then Lynze shares some goosebump-inducing listener stories.

Opening Sumerian protection spell (adapted):
"Whether thou art a ghost that hath come from the earth, or a phantom of night that hath no home… or one that lieth dead in the desert… or a ghost unburied… or a demon or a ghoul… Whatever thou be until thou art removed… thou shalt find here no water to drink… Thou shalt not stretch forth thy hand to our own… Into our house enter thou not. Through our fence, breakthrough thou not… we are protected though we may be frightened. Our life you may not steal, though we may feel SCARED TO DEATH."
