19: The Wind Rises (2013)

Written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki, The Wind Rises (2013) is a biopic about Japanese aeronautical engineer Jiro Horikoshi, who designed the Mitsubishi A6M "Zero" fighter plane used in World War II.
