Shellshocked Radio Recommendations - The Dead South - In Hell I'll Be In Good Company #17

Hey Guys,  

today, yes, I know this does not really fit my usual oeuvre and don't fear, I still love Darkwave, Gothic Rock and Industrial Metal and all the fringe genres which come with it. BUT if I hear a great song, I will call it that, despite its genre. And so it is here,  @The Dead South  "In Hell I'll Be In Good Company" is just such a great song. It is sparsely instrumented, really bare bones, but this just plays to its strength as it is all what it needs to be. Not over produced, just right and perfect, I love it! This is how a good song should be, with exactly the right amount of instrumentation not more but not less. 

These guys also seem to have quite some humor and do not take themselves to seriously it seems, but never drift into cheap "haha" territory, there the exploit cheap laughs. Very charming, down to earth and oh so good. If you have a bad day, please check them and their video out:
