Lyndsey is the mother of two boys and became a single mum in 2014. In this episode Lyndsey talks about her relationship with the father of her sons, and how she removed herself from an emotionally unhealthy relationship. She also talks about how starting Mumma's Little Helpers helped her move on with her life, challenges she faced and positive things about becoming a single mum.
