SkyWatchTV News 4/12/17: Fight Terror by Banning Cars

In the aftermath of last Friday's deadly vehicular terror attack in Stockholm, a newspaper columnist in Sweden suggested -- seriously -- that government prevent future attacks by banning cars and trucks in cities when pedestrians are present.
