Churning cases and dragging them out for years keeps the judge's and attorney's income steady.
We discussed how judges have gone wild as they make the law up as they go along. What defines a "good judge." A "good judge" may be good for one person and bad in someone else's case.
Dividing assets prior to going into a courtroom leaves less to fight about. However, the best thing to do is not even enter the courtroom at all. There is no accountability.
Defining the word "step-mother," "step-father," and "Bonus Parent" was also a topic where those terms should only be used when a parent passes away.
When a new partner comes in that's where all the problems begin. Where, usually a female without children of her own enters into the co-parenting relationship and tries, usually successfully, to take over the biological mother's children.

There's no such thing as justice. Just taking the money and destroying families. So much to learn from the last podcast on how to make it through Family Court alive while judges literally go wild and make up laws as they go along at the expense of a Target Parent and their children used as collateral damage.
