Cheryl A. Kennedy is a "Fraud on the Court," crime victim defrauded by an Attorney in a divorce with a judge involved. Due to the State Bar of California being inoperable, it led to her subpoena of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to a violated jury trial against the Attorney in 2008. Attorney General Jerry Brown represented Schwarzenegger, he was later subpoenaed after alleged payoffs were made. The cases corruption went from San Mateo Superior Court , in CA to Albany/Ulster County Supreme Court under Cuomo in NY. Kennedy exposed many other victim cases over the years and had a U.S. Marshal assigned to her under the Obama Administration.
