Slam the Gavel welcomes Heidi back on the show. She was last on in Season #1, Episode 17.
Heidi is back on to discuss her ongoing CPS case and how far she has come. She also discusses how she trusted CPS and explained that the Deputy Sheriff has a very important recording. There was no proper investigation. Heidi was asking for counseling services for her and her family and CPS did nothing. This case has been going on since 2020.
Heidi has a fifteen-year career as a dual board-certified medical assistant practitioner, working directly with physicians in five different specialties. She then moved into her teaching skills in the college/university realm. She was honored as a Faculty Member of the Year and then quickly promoted to Corporate Network Program Dean of 1800 students across 25 campuses in several states for a large "For Profit/Proprietary" school network. She soon started seeing several disturbing patterns, that she had seen before, only now at all campuses.
Heidi is credited as being the first whistleblower in Higher Education to win a 7 day jury trial agains a large "For Profit" College/University chain.
She has spoke in the halls of Congress more than once, called to testify in court proceedings, and her story was the season one finale of CBS WHISTLEBLOWER WITH (JUDGE) ALEX FERRER.
