Slam the Gavel welcomes Charity Marie and Todd Frandsen to the podcast. Todd Frandsen is an innocent father that has been alienated from his son after filing a modification to their visitation. Soon after, false allegations of physical abuse turned into more sinister claims of abuse. They found Todd guilty with NO EVIDENCE of crime and was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Todd was able to get a reduced sentence to 20 years due to no criminal past and his age. Todd is serving time in an Arizona Private prison.
