Slam The Gavel welcomes Jeni Dees. She is a protective mother fighting to protect her 3 children from abuse and her 10 year old against sexual assaults perpetrated by the ex's step son who is almost 18.
When Jeni reported this as EVERY parent should if their child reports it to them, she was hit with 7 false charges by Sgt David Galbraith of Westminster PD. These charges only came because Westminster PD was in a federal lawsuit that Jeni brought against them for false arrest and for being assaulted by them. The federal judge had just ruled WestminsterPD had NO indifference for Jeni's life as they ripped her g-tube out and ripped her shoulder out causing 2 surgeries.
The Court used Jeni's children as pawns and ALLOWED the rapes to continue even after Jeni was found NOT GUILTY by a Jury of twelve.
Jeni has been hit with gags and multiple ProtectionOrder's for using her voice and exposing every coward behind her children's hell.
The FBI is now investigating after 8 yrs of protecting the judge, now a Justice on Colorado's highest court, William Hood who kidnapped her child under the color of law.
