Slam the Gavel welcomes Michael Sayen, Author, back on the show to discuss, "Why we can't get along," Coverture, Feminism and Contract Law. History was discussed in-depth from the Magna Carta in 1066 to present time, the Leviathan principle, where the King was supreme and how that converted to, "WE THE PEOPLE."
Family Court pits parents against one another even though one parent filed for "No-fault divorce" and usually does not report Domestic Violence and Child Abuse to the police. Instead, Family Court Judges bypass the criminal system and the jury. Family Court judges do not want to prosecute abuse and neglect as a crime, because they do not have faith in the criminal system or they fear that a parent will be found innocent and the parent uses the verdict as leverage for shared custody.
Personality Disorders play a role as Judges will give the children to the parent who looks like them, talks like them and behaves/dresses like them. The courts do not believe the woman who is honestly frantic for the safety of her child/children but instead tend to believe the Narcissist. The discussion continues on the Best Interest of the Child and how that supersedes Parental Rights. This is in fact destroying not only our nation, but the world as a whole.
Michael explains how Parens Patriae allowed for the government to gain control over our children while disregarding the rights of the parents. Children are considered property of the state once a petition for divorce is filled with the court, leaving parents with no say nor Due Process rights.
The history of how Feminism evolved as well as, the history of "no fault divorce," and the BAR was explained in detail. A fascinating podcast not to be missed.
