We had a very interesting discussion regarding family court, cps and GAG ORDERS on parents involved in Child Custody. There is a Rule to Family Court that there is a six month limit to custody challenges that judges typically ignore. Contrary to the rule of law and 2,000 years of the legal profession, parents are denied justice and can’t speak about it in public BECAUSE there is a GAG ORDER. There are GAG ORDERS that are still being litigated for 10 YEARS. If a parent challenges the GAG ORDER, then there will be repercussions.
