Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Vincent McGovern to discuss why Mothers are not faring well in the adversarial Family Court System. He further explained that the mother's are very honest and forthright of their opinion and/or not prepared to play the game and therefore the outcome is disasterous.
What Mother's do not understand is that a vindictive party/Father sets the tone and scene well in advance in preparing to ambush the Target Parent/Mother.
The result of when a child is taken away from a loving, fit parent is a disturbed thought process in that child that will affect them years later, create mental illness and they will then have difficulty in future normal relationships.
There is a Transition Phase, Switching and Splitting that will take place and this is explained in the podcast along with Mothers/parents being powerless against the false narrative that is entertained in the secretive Family Courtroom.
Vincent McGovern explained why Shared Parenting is not working and how it is disastrous for children when Family Court is involved as it is an adversarial system and this is also elaborated in the podcast.
