Alisha Clark Walker, CASE DISMISSED, Mother Alienated From Her Children Via Judge Anthony McGinty As Children Given To Registered Sex Offender and BDSM Paramour

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Alisha Clark Walker, Pro Se Litigant from Upstate New York. Alisha has been going through a very troubling child custody case from upstate New York where multiple judges have violated several parts of her first amendment rights which are her right to choose a religion, her right to freely assemble and her right to speak freely.
     Alisha had full custody until May of 2019. Unfortunately this custody order was switched at a custody hearing when Judge Catherine Cholakis gave full custody to the father, a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. Judge Cholakis claimed that due to Alisha's Buddhist beliefs that the mother would not take the children to the doctor's office. 
   Playing along with Supervised Visitations till the father recused EVERY SUPERVISOR put forth EXCEPT himself. The mother no longer enacted supervised visitation for two reasons which are the father would CHANGE HIS MIND on a WHIM and CANCEL Supervised visitations and new details came out that the father actually SEXUALLY ASSAULTED A SUPERVISOR. The victim TESTIFIED to this at trial.
     WORSE YET, she is currently barred and will be for almost TWO MORE YEARS from even seeing two of her children. Alisha provided part of the temporary order signed by the infamous Judge Anthony McGinty.
      
     "NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, THAT Alisha Clark Walker observe the following conditions of behavior:
          Stay away from:home and the school of her son and daughter
     IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this temporary order of protection remain in force until and including February 2025."
    There have been sexual innuendos  about the spouses paramour that she runs a BDSM business out of the home HOWEVER in court she denies this. Alisha has exhibits that say she works in the home BDSM under the name, "Mistress Couple,"  or "Miss Couple." The father also took the kids to a "bondage party." Very appropriate fatherly behavior. Perhaps the judges should have been invited. 
     It has been well known that 68% of Domestic Abuse cases where the Mother  claims physical abuse will lose custody. Alisha has not seen her children in two years as this case has gone on for four years. Alisha has mourned the loss of her children as well as close relatives that decide to believe the father.
   Alisha tried suing Judge Cholakis in federal court and the case was dismissed. Like all Pro Se Litigant's cases.....NOT A PODCAST TO BE MISSED.
