Amy Palacios, Mother, Updates On Her Case In Mecklenburg And Cabarrus County, And Her Fears Of The GAL Allowing A Kidnap To Occur

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios back on the podcast. She was last on in September 29th, 2022, Season 3, Episode 117. Amy Palacios is a Mother of six children. There are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her.  Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC.
     Both abusers have now teamed up to claim SHE is the abuser. They are making her pay $2,800.00/per month in Child Support and $85,000.00 to the man that has two criminal convictions of assault and was in jail for six months for attacking her.
      Judge Christy Wilhem ordered that Amy did not have to pay child support on her four children. Judge Nathaniel Knust is also involved in her case. The judges haven't been too much of an issue, just the MONOPOLY going on behind the scenes. 
    Her children are telling their Mother, Amy, that their dad is planning to take them to Florida next week. Skipping town with her four kids. When he potentially has two convictions of criminal contempt which is thirty days each, so a total of 60 days, that her children will be given over to her because of his contempt both with the use of Jay White and for keeping her kids repeatedly on her time. 
    Amy didn’t ask for jail time, only the two 30 day sentences for her kids to be home with her for sixty days. And this 2800/month Child Support be ended. He has told her kids they aren’t coming back to her house, which is Amy's next weekend,  because they will be leaving for, "the beach."
      FYI. His plans for kidnapping need to be taken seriously. He thinks he has no consequences for his behaviors and he can continue to keep Amy's kids.  This needs to come to an abrupt halt. He needs to be brought in for the verdict, so he can’t skip town with her children
     Unfortunately, this sounds like he will have Amy's kids in Florida before the verdict for protection is given. This may add to felony kidnapping charges along with his two convictions of criminal contempt. WHEN DOES IT END?
     A Narcissist/Personality Disorder always follows through with their threats. So the truth needs to be found out quickly before he hides Amy's kids with his parents somewhere in Florida. He has a past history and has done this multiple times in the past with his kidnappings.  Amy is a deeply spiritual Mother and is praying for justice daily.
