Darlene Orvieto, Talks About Massachusetts Judicial Corruption Exposed, Parents Stand Up

Slam the Gavel welcomes Darlene Orvieto, who is one of the leaders for the movement in Massachusetts discussing the extensive corruption in the judiciary and treatment of parents  in the Family Court system.  These parents have paid attorneys  thousands of dollars for little to no outcome and have absolutely no recourse given how deep the corruption goes in the state.
     Darlene discussed a couple tragic cases and details of the basic injustice that happened within her own case.  The challenge is with Judicial Immunity, the constant violation of rights including federal rights as well as bias and the violation of the Judicial Cannons.
     Eye-opening talk of how families and children have been abused by the Family Court system.  Darlene has worked on exposing the mass corruption on Facebook and getting an army of parents together that have done research such as collecting lists of judges, GAL's, attorneys and Discovery Masters who see money in the courts that can increase the conflict. Parents also share their stories and offer emotional support. There is strength in numbers.
     Nine years of suffering through the Family Court System, Darlene herself a victim has seen a target parents being abused.  Darlene encourages and discusses ways for parents to become proactive and to overcome their fears while starting to represent themselves.
     Parents are sick of judges giving custody to sexually abusive and emotionally abusive parents. The Family Wizard sponsors the AFCC and the public in general is not aware of this. They are also the cause of CPTSD, Anxiety and Depression.
     Judges should look further and not make assumptions. Their incompetence through exparte orders are granted to the emotionally abusive parent. Darlene explained that there are 52 parents abused by one judge alone. Are there questionable payoffs going on?  But there are more. Darlene wants to see the judges do their jobs, she wants to see the Family Court Dismantled as it is an extortion racket.
