Federal Court Updates With Mark Andrews

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back Mark Andrews to the podcast. Mark was last on Season 2, Episode 80, Season 3, Episodes 13 and 23, as well as Season 4, Episodes 116 and138.
    Mark Andrews discussed his GREAT  NEWS, concerning updates to his Federal Court case. His attorney is Eric Wafer has called this Mark's "lighting of multiple fires."  Apparently, transcripts submitted were false.
      The transcriptionist is Becky Peterson and her transcripts were submitted to the Transcription Board, were it then took five months to review four pages. They missed half the information in it, but they did find that there were DIFFERENCES and cited her for gross negligence and they fined her for $1,000.00. 
     Mark and his attorney now have public acknowledgment  that the transcripts that were submitted in court are FALSE.    They wouldn't say fraud, they went with the "Actus reus"  they looked at the action in the document. They didn't look at the "Mens rea," to show that she actually committed fraud: Eric Wafer and the investigator contacted the transcriptionist and told her that they have two transcripts and they are wrong and she did nothing. Santa Rosa PD came out twice and told them she didn't have the notes anymore. She also DID NOT NOTIFY THE COURT. Again, told by the police there are two transcripts, then the Court Reporter's Board demanded her notes and they MIRACULOUSLY appeared. They ruled against her. 
    However, no one told the Federal Court that the submission by the county state court was fraudulent, was fake, was not an actual copy of what was said in court. This has serious ramifications. Did the Court Reporter's Board tell the Federal Court? That didn't happen. There is no acknowledgment of it.
     The AG, County Council and Attorney for the Judge Fightmaster have all admitted  that she denied Mark's civil rights and due process and didn't get his hearing. They have seen the transcripts as they were submitted in Mark's filings. All have remained silent. It is a complete coverup.
