Felix was a key figure in the formation of access centers in NYC beginning with Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN), where he also served on its Board of Directors. Felix also worked in the industry with noted professionals such as Ted Nathanson, NBC Sports Director and multi-Emmy award winner. With Felix's production experience he had honed in the commercial sphere at Solomon Smith Barney and B.E.T.
     During his production career, Felix focused on promoting cultural entertainment and artistic events as a way of attracting new audiences to galleries, museums and cultural centers in neighborhoods where the mainstream dared not to tread. This eventually led Felix to join other community investors and neighborhood stakeholders in forming La Fortaleza Community Development Corporation whose focus is implementing arts and culture as vehicles for economic development and cultural maintenance in ethnic communities.
     We discussed many topics regarding Foster Care, CPS and Family court, where institutionalized abuse affects TARGET PARENTS/families with devastating consequences through no fault of their own VIA an abusive judge. We talked about children being raised in Fatherless homes as well as Motherless homes. We discussed the suicides of parents who have been alienated from their children.
