Fraud On The Court, CPS And Foster Care Corruption With Judge Mary Bullock

     Slam the Gavel welcomes The Honorable Mary Elizabeth Bullock to the podcast. Judge Bullock is also an author of "Judging Me."  She has written an exciting memoir that describes a very hard-won life of achievement. Even facing extreme and overwhelming adversity, Judge Bullock, who not only is blind and has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and Systemic Lupus, made a name for herself as an experienced trial litigator, honored business law professor and Federal Civil Rights Judge. 
     We had a very in-depth conversation regarding fraud upon the court and the corruption of foster care. The US is 3rd on the list of CHILD MORBIDITY in the world. Judge Mary talked about that these children will one day be our leaders. Fraud upon the court is a huge issue. The person trying to get total control of the child will LIE because they will get more money from the better parent. These are people that are WILLING to LIE. Judge Mary spoke of a case regarding lies. Judge Mary talked about how judges make decisions based on the evidence before them.  If an Atty lied, the judge has to question this and differentiate the lies from the truth. 
    There is no statute of limitations on Fraud Upon The Court. Once a person sees it, it must be pointed out. "Without the true facts, you will lose," Judge Mary states.
     Judge Mary Bullock explained how she herself wrote a decision and was told to change her decision after major surgery. She refused to go down to the federal building seven hours after surgery which she refused to do, "'No' is a complete sentence." Judge Mary Bullock's bravery is a sheds much encouragement and inspiration to everyone exposing the corruption.
