Handling The Holidays Dealing With Parental Alienation With Diana Alberter

      We discussed everything from Title IV-B, D and E funding, extortion, foster care and the prison system. Kids for cash, parents for cash, it's ongoing and disgusting. Trauma and abuse go hand. Healing has to begin with the individual who is suffering and wants to receive help.
     The holidays are the worst for everybody going through the court system and Parental Alienation, even when surrounded by family it's hard to stay out of the, 'woe is me.' Perhaps it is best to speak to family and friends who, "get it," who they themselves understand the inner-workings of the court system and Parental Alienation.  Any parent that tries to alienate the loving parent from their child is emotionally sick and whomever they marry that genuinely takes pleasure in  ruining the relationship with the fit, loving parent is also emotionally sick.
    We discussed handling the stress of the holidays and that there is hope, as Claudia Ovalles just passed HB 969 in Texas for accountability when it comes to Custodial Interference. Times are changing, even if it takes time. "Stay strong, do things that will take care of you mentally and physically, pray, send positive vibes for your alienated child and know that they know that you love them," Diana stated.
