Kimberly Lowe, Single Mom Running For Congress In The State Of Virginia Discusses Her Policies To Help Parents And Children

Slam the Gavel was very happy to have Ms. Kimberly Lowe on as a guest to discuss all that entails running for Congress in the state of Virginia.     Kimberly Lowe is a farmer, policy advisor, advocate and single mother. She has been an advocate for our families and helped navigate families through family court and CPS issues for years.  She is writing replicable State Legislation to reform family court and CPS to be introduced in Virginia in 2022.  She is also working with other State Legislators to push policies through that will make our families STRONGER.     At present, Kimberly is spending much of the next year traveling throughout the United States bringing awareness to necessary Family Court reforms that are needed and she is running on several issues including Family Court, Child Welfare and CPS reforms while protecting our American farms.  Kimberly is the proud mother of three children now  11, 13 and 15, however she is on YEAR five in Family Court herself.     Kimberly is determined to fight for families that cannot fight for themselves. Some of her policies, to name a few are:  Miranda Rights for Parents, Child Services reform and accountability for False Accusations. These accusations must stop as 4.4 million are not accurate. She wants to see Courtroom Transparency, the end of Gag Orders and Guardian Ad Litems.  There must be more Courtwatchers.      Another concern is Domestic Violence in America where judges freely handover the children to the abuser as a parent fights to get them back. Statistics are that 900 children are murdered every year.     Families need Rights, Kimberly states and there should be a Bill of Rights for parents when up against CPS who acts as the prosecutor.     However, there is endless child trafficking in the United States, in fact 3,000 a year through Family Court alone. There must be accountability for judges. Parents can make their indiscretions public knowledge and report them to www.judicialpedia.com as these judges are not following the law.     Americans can get involved by holding Rallies to bring awareness to let Legislature know what is happening to Families and how they are being ripped apart. We are well aware that Family Court is trafficking children.  88% of kids recovered from U.S. Marshalls have come out of Foster Care.     We must fight hard for Kimberly and her grassroots movement to protect families.
