Marineka Bowman Speaks Out On An ER Emergency Ex parte Motion, Denying Her Daughter To See Her ON CHRISTMAS DAY, Child Psychological Abuse By The Courts

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marineka Bowman as well as her mother to the podcast for an update to discuss what took place during an Emergency Ex parte Motion on Monday, December 5th, 2022. Marineka was last on the podcast, Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159 and 160.
     Marineka was reached via telephonic conference and the opposing attorney Laura Brooks was worried and concerned that Marineka was, "disparaging the court, herself, the father and the child due to being on podcasts and this will affect the child psychologically."
     Their reasons for this Emergency Ex parte is that Marineka is involved in a series of podcasts, and they say that she refuses to do counseling, took her daughter to the ER stating that her father punched her in the head and refusing to communicate with father with Family Wizard.
     Attorney Laura Brooks took this case to the court with no evidence to back it up and no police report was made because all allegations that dad made and the video he made of child sexual abuse. This was never reported to the police, but Attorney Laura Brooks took it to the court.
    The father walked out of their lives when Marineka's daughter was two months old. But now he's back. For child support.
     DFS (CPS) does not care as it is a child trafficking ring. Judge Haskins has not considered how this is going to affect the child. These are all CHILD PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSERS that DON'T REALLY CARE if Marineka's child is emotionally tortured and won't see her mother on Christmas.
