Mary Speaks Out About Her Treatment By CPS And The Injustice Of Having Her Baby Taken Away After Three Days

      The first allegation was a "cluttered home," as well as the father’s prior history with the agency. Once her daughter was born and it was clear there was going to be a case, the father stopped all contact with the agency.
     Mary already had set up WIC, early intervention program for my baby and family therapy while pregnant with her child.
     However, she was taken at three days old before Mary left the hospital while nursing and she was being charged with being “emotionally unstable” and being around “unsafe people”. Both played roles in the case even when people who she knew were safe were in the case.
    Mary has a success story to share! She did get her child back.
