Reggie And Tamsen Bowles Speak out On their Never-Ending CPS Nightmare And The Destruction Of the Family Unit

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Reggie and Tamsen Bowles to the podcast. The Bowles family, like many other families in Oklahoma and across the United States, were violated by CPS unlawfully, and had their children stolen. The children were placed in kinship care at the time.
    In the case of the Bowles family however, this has happened twice. CPS is in violation of the law and all morality. What does CPS care about families and their children who are thriving in their own homes? They are basically a rogue, three-letter alphabet soup agency that answers to no one and with no oversight. 
    They have judges and D.A.'s that rubber-stamp anything they are given by CPS and believe everything told to them by inept caseworkers. They have go-to pediatricians that if you give them a child, they'll make sure that you a case. 
     Many people may find this hard to believe, but they can invade your home at any time and steal your children without a warrant as well as deny you of trial by jury.
   Their current judge, Julie Doss, is extorting the family  via an unlawful, void court order. Attorneys are also allowing Tamsen and Reggie to be RAILROADED.  Attorneys are acting as if the only way they can take effective legal action is if the State of Oklahoma commits yet another felony kidnapping under color of law of their spiritual, biological property. 
    This is an extreme violation of human rights on all four family members, especially when the State has no legal leg to stand on. It is unacceptable, and must be immediately stopped in it's tracks. 
     CPS worker Shona Goodall committed perjury on a sworn affidavit by signing off on it. She swore under oath that she saw things that were not there, as proven by emergency room reports. CPS worker Kirstie Hilton committed perjury by lying under oath, on the witness stand at the adjudication trial, that she saw things that were not there, as proven by the ER reports in which she signed off on, thus agreeing with ER reports that these things were not there. Another player, Assistant D.A. Matthew Helburg, withheld evidence from discovery, maliciously prosecuted the Bowles and ignored a subpoena issued by the Bowles's then-attorney.  
     Judge Theresa Dreiling, whom presided over our adjudication trial, changed our sworn testimony on the final judgement that was never given in court, and sabotaged our appeal.  
    The Bowles's have been bled dry FINANCIALLY. They currently have a Givesendgo that, even at this point, a lot of people DONATING JUST ONE DOLLAR would be beneficial.
