Sheila Owens-Collins MD, MPH, MBA discusses Elderly State Trafficking and Corruption Within The Probate Courts

     Sheila Owens-Collins MD, MPH, MBA on Slam the Gavel today to discuss Elderly State Trafficking and Corruption within the Probate Courts.
      Dr. Owens-Collins has been an Healthcare Executive with over 25 years of experience in both Medicaid and Commercial managed care markets as well as progressive leadership roles in financial modeling, predictive analytics, development an implementation of quality initiatives and cost reduction programs.  
     However, Dr. Owens-Collins is experienced in leading an organization through State, NCQA, and Department of Insurance audits successfully and coordinating joint venture partnership.  Dr. Collins also has an understanding of Medicaid/Medicare regulatory requirements and working with undeserved population and is also a Mentor for students that are interested in a healthcare career.
     We thoroughly discussed the jealousy and desperation of family relatives that play a role in obtaining guardianships, the weaponization of the courts against vulnerable people, APS collusion in the courts and the Tenants of Estate Trafficking who isolate the victim while challenging the credibility of the protector, using defamation of character (while pushing them away from the victim) and at last, the Liquidation of Assets also known as Estate Trafficking.
     In the midst of all the legal entanglements, Dr. Sheila's mother had a stroke and passed away months later. It was then that she decided to go Pro Se with a major victory.
     Dr. Sheila Owens-Collins has started a 501C3 Hattie Emil Owens Foundation for Elderly Respect and Estate Protection to raise awareness and educate as well as  the 5014C Hattie Emil Owens Social and Political Action Committee for APS, CPS, Guardianship and Probate Court Reform.
