Use your journal to encourage focus upon the present moment, to sit with the experience of detailing your values, your experiences and learnings daily. Employ your journaling to practice the discipline of committing to your authentic person in this moment. Practice being the observer or the impartial witness to your own life. Learn to practice perspective and acceptance and to forgive yourself when this becomes a process.
