I will do several podcasts on this topic but I will start today with my personal story. At times this story...my story is not a happy story...so it may not be a podcast for you...but be encouraged my friend.. the story has a happy ending. It is a story about how we each have the inner strength to be resilient and achieve goals...and ultimately realise who we are. It is a story about the importance of looking after our body to care for our soul. We each have our own stories of challenging times. This is part of mine.
