  2. Flexing your willpower or ‘decision making’ muscle...with daily practice
  3. Looking at your weakest link- The apple pie of life
  4. Facing the fear of change
  5. Be well
  6. Journalling - Be accountable- accept the consequences
  7. Own this 14 day challenge. LETS DO THIS - Small achievable tasks every day
