Do you ever feel as if life simply passes you by? Would you like to make a difference? Would you like your life to have meaning? Would you like your life to count? In this episode I read a letter from a listener. ( Thank you David)I review our progress towards reducing procrastination, and I look at how little bite sized steps can change ourselves and our journey over time....Little by little .....step by step.... we can each change the community and change our world.

We discuss the relationship between procrastination and the theme of these movies which is reaching out and touching humanity as a community and as individuals. Let's stop watching life pass us by... Let’s stop sitting within the bubble of our day to day lives. Let's develop the perspective to see the greater community. Let's stop distracting ourselves from the essence of ourselves...and from the community.. by losing ourselves in the routine actions of each day....Let's look into each other's eyes. Let's see each other. Lets hold each others hands. All it takes is a step by step approach.
It is so easy to disappear under the layers and layers of daily responsibilities...as life gently ...or not so gently passes by...somehow we need to be ourselves in the mayhem of life. If we don't spend that time getting to know our true self what sort of role model are we to our family and the community? What are we doing for the collective evolution? What are we doing to affect the world? Little steps affects the big steps of the world...the community..Let's take little steps...Keep writing in your journal...I am so passionate about the need to journal as a daily ritual.... just a few minutes each day. Be kind of yourself...ALWAYS....take little steps. Identify behavioural patterns...review patterns..... adjust patterns...little steps. I believe in you. I know that you can do it.
