  1. Prepare...Open in the morning and close at night
  2. Prioritise set goals visualise them use space to do so
  3. Let go of past , have perspective ands look down upon your life
  4. Engagement, community see humanity as one globe
  5. Be Persistent, diligent and disciplined
  6. Time manage, use of time time Look forward and be now
  7. Explore who you are, develop wisdom
  8. Don't associate with takers....imagine superman
  9. Have insight...comes from gratitude compassion and empathy
  10. Say no set boundaries be assertive Say no to reactivity &  intolerance
