Matt, Joe & Dane are back to wrap up Season 10 of South Park. This week, Stan has his bike towed and has to find away to pay his "parking fines". The city commission cuts a deal with him to manage the pee wee hockey team. Stan reluctantly takes the position and ends up finding himself in a clique sports movie. We also recap trivia, pop culture, some references to continuity. Matt doesn't like this episode and he doesn't hide it.
