Chef Norberto Piattoni of Fort Greene, Brooklyn's popular Mettā shares with us stories of growing up in South America, talks about his love of live-fire cooking and explains how his restaurant has a zero carbon footprint. Finnish songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Peppina, has been writing and performing since she was a teenager in Helsinki.
