*New type of pulsating star discovered
Astronomers have discovered an unusual star that pulsates on just one side. The strange tear-drop shaped star reported in the journal Nature Astronomy is part of a binary system located some 1500 light-years away.

NASA has confirmed that SpaceX will fly astronauts to the International Space Station in May using a Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon 2 capsule. The historic flight will be the first manned mission launched from American soil since the mothballing of the Space Shuttle fleet following STS-135 in 2011.

Arianespace is to develop a new satellite tracking station at a technology centre near the outback town of Alice Springs.
