Hey Mamas,
Have you ever had someone criticize the way you parent your differently-abled child? Maybe the person really hadn't taken the time to understand your child or their needs before speaking, but the comment still stung and left you feeling a bit insecure.
I have been there many times over the last several years and I know what it's like to go down that spiral of feeling shame and like we aren't enough all because we place too much value on the opinions of others.
I want to share with you today 5 tips I have found to be really helpful over the last few years in helping me to learn how to confidently stand in the parenting decisions we make, even when it looks different from what's "normal" and others disagree with us.
I hope this encourages you!
Ashley
