In this episode, our host Gaby Azorsky speaks with Ash Rucker. This was the first episode that I’ve recorded for Spiral Deeper, and it felt incredibly potent and loving in the room. Ash is a movement and meditation teacher, and performance artist creating spaces to heal through movement and art. She is the founder of Therapart and the Inhabit Method. Therapart is a non-for-profit community that curates and facilitates art therapy initiatives across New York City. Therapart allows individuals to heal by discovering healthy emotional expression through movement and sound. Inhabit Method is a spiritually guided workout, a multidisciplinary movement practice, grounded in the pursuit to train and connect the body, mind and soul. I loved this conversation with Ash so much. We shared so many beautiful moments through this connection, and I hope you enjoy the episode.
Thank you Ash for your rawness and beauty!
