Whew Child. This one is a hard one. I  stuck my foot in my mouth this week by trying to help someone instead of holding space. Got some humble pie smashed in my face lol.  But also got a beautiful mirror to the ways in which we commit to our pain story and how that can spiritually stunt us from healing.
