Dr M Sai Kumar is a 1990 batch #IASofficer who now serves as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu.  He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation (#tufidco).  

A Ph. D in Public Affairs, Dr Sai Kumar was a Bal Vikas student and a sevadal for several years.
