Healing Psalms

Note: This episode and others from this time frame reflect an early stage in my spiritual journey.  While I may or may not not hold these views any longer, I am still keeping these episodes up.    

Why?  Because this is also a historical and folklore podcast, and the folk practices or beliefs discussed are still accurate from an educational and cultural standpoint.

Folk magic has such a strong history of healing as well as use of the psalms. So, it's no surprise that psalms are often utilized to heal spiritual, physically and emotional ailments. In this episode we discuss the use of psalms to heal in your practice, some basic concepts to assist you in adapting psalm work into your practice, and we also cover general scripture that can also be used for healing.
