Pray With Me: The Seven Sorrows Chaplet

This Holy Week I am foregoing a formal episode - and instead - I am sharing a "pray-along" of the chaplet to Our Lady of Sorrows.

The Seven Sorrows Chaplet is a powerful tool for devotion, meditation and connecting with the energy of Mary.

It is very simple. You pray an our father, and then seven Hail Marys while meditating on the following sorrows:

• The Prophecy of Simeon
• The Flight into Egypt
• Losing the Child Jesus in the Temple
• Seeing Jesus on the Road to Calvary
• Jesus Dying on the Cross
• Holding the Dead Body of Jesus
• The Closing of the Tomb
