Balance Pads - research review by Dr Gillian Tabor

Dr Gillian Tabor reviews a recently published paper on the effects of using balance pads.

In this paper, the research team measured the postural sway and multifidus cross-sectional area after standing a horse on pads for 5 minutes, 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
