Gillian reviews a paper published in the Equine Veterinary Journal in 2020 that tested using a LED device to heal wounds on horses’ necks. The paper has good methodology with a control group, and those taking the measurements did not know whether the wounds were being treated. Listen to find out if the LED device sped up healing!
