I interviewed Alexander Pagani the author of 'The Secret to Deliverance,' on my Strang Report podcast to talk about the word picture painted in the Bible. Most Christians don't acknowledge that Satan is influencing them and their circumstances.

"A Christian cannot be demon-possessed, we are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, we have the earnest expectation of the Holy Spirit living on the inside, and we are seated with Christ in heavenly places. So there is an enormous amount of scriptures that say that we are in him or in Christ, it is impossible, the Christian is not demon-possessed," Pagani clarifies.

One of the things I have devoted my life to is reporting on moves of the Holy Spirit. Across history there have been innumerable moves of God, all of which can give historical perspective to the Asbury University revival happening today.

When the Jesus movement took off in the late 1960's, hippies with long wild hair and bare feet came together to worship God on college campuses. Many Christians were critical of their rhythm, drums, electric guitars and funky style.

Later, many of those critical Christians came to accept what God was doing during that movement. Now with the Asbury revival, it's important to take a look at history to determine how Christians should respond.

I sat down with Mario Murillo to talk about the "holy peer pressure" taking place across the nation.

It's amazing what is beginning to happen on our college campuses. With the Asbury University Revival more than a week in, other pockets of revival are beginning to break out around America, which is extremely encouraging for a country in desperate need of God.

There is another one that is beginning to take hold at Lee University—a private, Christian university in Cleveland, Tennessee—and it looks as if the Holy Spirit is moving mightily among the students and faculty there. I had the privilege or recently talking to Lee University's president, Mark Walker, who says this move of God began Monday morning as an organic, spontaneous prayer vigil by a handful of students.

This all reminds me of the early days of Pentecost. There was a day when the Lord would move in a church and people would stay at the altars, usually after a Sunday night service, and pray through. Does anyone remember that expression? We don't see that much anymore.

This is a beautiful, spontaneous, very Pentecostal thing to do. Mark told me that he knew many of the Lee students who began the revival, and that it quickly began to spread to the community in Cleveland who began to hear about it.

Mark says what is happening is what revival is all about.

Jim Garlow was one of the first people to post about the Asbury University revival and what he was hearing from leaders at auditorium. The revival on day six and it hasn't stopped yet. People from around the country are heading to Wilmore, Kentucky to experience the first rain in a long drought. Garlow questions whether this could be the start of the Third Great Awakening.

The Bible guarantees it. In his Jan. 1 sermon, Mike spoke about the “Certainty of Persecution and its blessing.” “That Sunday morning, I got before the IHOPKC community and told them that this is a really important message,” he says. “It’s not my version that makes it the most important, it’s the fact that it’s been talked about so little in the Western church. As a believer for the last 50 years, I haven’t heard or talked much about it. “But, I believe persecution is coming to the West, and it’s a very important subject for us to find out what the biblical narrative is. What does the Bible say about persecution, particularly in the generation that the Lord returns? We don’t know that we’re in that generation, but I have an opinion that there are people that live on the earth today—maybe the 20-year-olds, maybe the 2- year-olds, I don’t know—but I believe we are in that hour where there are people that live on the earth today that will see it with their eyes.” Most people don’t like to deal with this. It’s not a happy topic. In Christian circles, there are people that have talked about the end times. The Late Great Planet Earth came out about 50 years ago, and it was all about the Rapture. There are a lot of different views on the subject.

Stephen Strang interviews Mario Murillo, author of the new book "It's Our Turn Now". They discuss the problem of false prophets in today's world and the importance of speaking up against error. Murillo emphasizes that there is a lot of spiritual warfare today and that the Bible is clear, even from 2000 years ago, that there would be false prophets. Murillo encourages Christians to confront false prophets and not be afraid to speak up against error.

From May to the end of June, the recent Supreme Court session rendered one of the most historic in years giving big wins for Religious Freedom.
