These flaws don’t serve me but they are a part of my journey.
I dive into each one of them and I talk about an exercise I do to help me cope with these flaws.
The reason I’ve made this podcast is the hope that someone out there has similar flaws and doesn’t know what to do with them.
I am not a doctor/ psychologist/ guru/ master but I choose to talk about this because this has helped me and will continue to.
