2020 has been an unusual and difficult year for many, and we understand that the full repercussions of what we have all been through are still to be felt - but with summer waning and the glory of Autumn still to come, we continue with a healthy amount of discussion on some of our favourite horticultural topics, bringing a little dose of the garden to your daily lives.

A few weeks back Saul escaped from Devon to finally see Lucy up in Essex - and so they took a long weekend Essex Road-trip to visit some local gardens, of which the highlight was the garden at Ulting Wick owned by plantswoman Philippa Burrough, the pair chat to her about the jungle lushness and cottage herbaceous borders, and Saul almost faints at the planting choices in this inspirational space!
