Kebab shops, fast food drive thrus, £3 meal deals and a sh*t tonne of coffee can result in a condition that we have now officially named 'The DJ Belly'.

We explore why so many DJs (and other music industry professionals) suffer from disorders like anxiety, depression and stress as well as the common fact that most people suffering stay silent and keep it to themselves! 

We talk about potential reasons for the epidemic in our industry & possible solutions, plus ways to help cope with these issues. 

Both of us have suffered quite badly from anxiety in our time as DJs & we discuss our own personal experiences with trying to be a creative minded, active DJ, battling with mental health issues. 

It's a VERY important topic that we absolutely needed to open up about in the podcast. Hopefully this will resonate and help a few people.
