The 2024 edition of Eurosong is fast approaching, and Rory had the chance to sit down with Bambie Thug for an interview. They are competing in Eurosong 2024 with their song “Doomsday Blue”.
Together, Rory and Bambie talk about their decision to take part in Eurosong and how the show can serve as a platform for queer performers. As well as this, the pair also discuss the change in traditional Irish music and the challenges of breaking through to a wider audience. They also gives recommendations for their other music if you enjoy “Doomsday Blue”.
