TEP Reviews: First Half of First Semi Final

This year the team over at That Eurovision Site are resuming our song reviews for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. The first block of songs to be reviewed were the songs from the first half of the first semi final (Norway, Malta, Serbia, Latvia, Portugal, Ireland and Croatia).
