Today's guest is Larry Larmeu, Director, UK ServiceNow Practice Lead at Deloitte. Based in London, England, Larry is an enterprise technology transformation leader with experience on both the consulting and industry sides. This experience has given him the unique perspective of having defined strategy and led implementations in over 100 different organizations throughout his career, ranging from four employees to 400,000, in a host of different industries and geographies.

An avid learner and proponent of job rotation, Larry started his career in IT support and infrastructure, eventually moving into process design and software development, along the way growing his technology and leadership skills. In his current role with Deloitte, Larry leads the overall UK strategy, sales and delivery for the UK market. He is also part of the global ServiceNow Financial Services team, leading their go to market narrative, as well as their proposition around ServiceNow Financial Services operations.
